« I selected this hotel because of the ratings but honestly, I’m not sure if they stayed at the same hotel I did! When I checked the staff was okay, but when I checked out the man who “helped me” could hardly hear a thing, and he wasn’t very helpful or gracious about answering my questions. « Unfortunately the internet was down so it was affecting the check in process and also the fact we couldn't watch any TV. Speaking of TV... the bedroom size was probably a 24" which I found absolutely ridiculous so I guess it was a blessing that there wasn't internet service! Lol The smoke detector began to beep around 10p so that was definitely not a good nights sleep. The office staff was incredible knowing that their hands were tied on what they could do.
