My experience exceeded all expectations. The room was spacious and beautifully appointed, making it comfortable and accommodating in every way. From the very beginning, the customer service was exceptional and truly set the tone for the entire stay. One of the things I appreciated most was that the property offered something for everyone in the family. There was so much to do that you never had to leave the resort to enjoy yourself. It was an incredibly fun and relaxing experience, and I’m already looking forward to returning.

The hotel is nice and convenient to universal studios. The rooms are clean but having to call housekeeping everyday to get your trash picked up or fresh towels was a hassle. One time no one answered and we had to walk down to the front desk to get someone. With kids this was a pain and the elevators were always out of commission everyday. Our last day we only had one working one that was delayed with everyone needing it.

Gym was well equipped and spacious, rooms were clean, kitchenette had all the things you would need, staff was super friendly and accommodating, and they have beach stuff that you can check out for free which was such a nice surprise. Plus the location is minutes from the beach with a rooftop view you can’t beat!
