Room was very clean. Pool area was clean and kept tidy. Some of the staff was friendly but a lot of the staff was borderline rude. I would say most of the staff was rude. The beach was a decent walk from the room but not terrible. All things considered we’ve stayed here and sunset vistas and would choose sunset vistas hands down.

The room and entire property was very clean! They had staff cleaning around the clock to keep things looking great! The walk to the beach was very short, less than a block. Finding the parking garage was a little tricky, as it is off Avalon St, not well marked, and tucked underneath the building. Once we found it, there were no issues. We tried to check into our room 2 hours early with no luck. We came back again just 5-10 minutes before 4pm check in time, and we still needed to wait until 4pm. It seems they do not take early check-ins, period. I can respect that, just something to keep in mind and be aware of. The pool is small (4’6” at the deepest) and faces the city view (not the beach/ocean), but it didn’t matter, my kids enjoyed it. I did not try to order anything from the bar, but noticed it seemed like no staff was available behind the bar throughout the day. The resort had umbrellas, beach chairs and sand toys available for guest use at no extra charge, which was great! We enjoyed our stay and will very likely stay here again in the future.

Our stay at the Sirata was disappointing. Our room was nice and mostly clean. However, the grounds and outdoor spaces were considerably less numerous and less impressive than the pictures indicate. There is a construction project going on that blocks the view of the ocean from most of the resort ...
