The neighborhood is also gray, north beach is quiet and not so crowded. Highly recommendable, I’ll return next year."

"This property was phenomenal! The location was perfect for us, you’re a little down the main road to be away from the traffic but close enough to all the restaurants, shops and Pier 60. The condo was updated and very well maintained. As a family of 4 we all fit very comfortably. The beds were great and I loved the nice touch of a sound machine in each room, my daughters really appreciated that as they both have fans in their rooms at home. You are right on the beach and you see the sunset...

"The location is ideal. You are walking distance to the heart of the action, but just far enough away to avoid the noise and the crowds. The ocean front view from the deck, living room and master bedroom is phenomenal. The beach is amazing and we really enjoyed the area. The check in process and communication was terrific. We found all of the comforts we needed and enjoyed the pool and outdoor living spaces. The value, especially during the spring break Season, was good. Great stay overall!"

"Had everything we needed for a quick weekend holiday. We were close and walkable To everything and easy to navigate property. My only feedback would be the gym hours. It was only open 9am-9pm which was inconvenient. A 7-7 schedule would be much better. Otherwise great!"

"Vince is a very attentive owner/caring. As the listing says, there is a major project going on with the building. One must be prepared for some days it is very loud and distracting. Not all days, but some days were very loud . It’s not anything to blame the owner for and we knew the patio wasn’t available. Having said that it’s a very nice place , beautiful pool and spa. Beaches in the area are stellar. Nice trolley to Clearwater Beach , about a 5 minute ride . Nice Shopping area a 5 min walk...
