Beds were very comfortable and the location near the intracoastal was close to everything you need. "Condominium complex was very well maintained. The pool and hot tub were pristine. The neighbors are super friendly and there are so many places to walk and ride your bike. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. The biggest issue we had is that bicycle theft is common and we had to bring our bikes inside at night which meant walking them up one flight of stairs. "A great little find close to so many destinations. We were able to go to Clearwater, St. Petes, and Tampa because it was so centrally located. A super safe area with lots of stores close by. Having 2 bathrooms and laundry right in the apartment was so convenient. It's close to the pool also. Communication with the owner was so easy. The bedrooms are a very good size. Great value for what you get."
