"Yes, you read that right. This is the perfect property - at least it was for us and our vacation. The location was great - on the waterway meant plenty of bird and wildlife viewing, a block away from the grocery store was convenient, and a block and a half walk from the beach made it easy to go there for sunsets every evening. It was also close/a short drive to many of the activities we wanted to do. The Treasure Island beach is not as built up with high-rise condos/hotels as the nearby areas...

"Great ocean views, from all rooms. Nice, clean, well equipped, and very spacious. All you need for a beach day is there, chairs, Sun umbrellas, water toys, etc. Just 60 feet from the ocean. The neighborhood is also gray, north beach is quiet and not so crowded. Highly recommendable, I’ll return next year."

"We were excited to stay at the new resort and we were not disappointed! The unit is very clean, modern and new. The unit is well stock with basics such as toiletries, dish and laundry detergent, TP and paper towels. The washer and dryer were excellent. The kitchen is well supplied with dishes, utensils, and pots and pans. The balcony was used often as the view was incredible. Will mention that the king suite is the first room upon entry so could possibly hear some street noise but the bathroom...

"This was a last minute staycation and they were more than accommodating even allowing for a late checkout so we can enjoy the beach the next day. Brigit was out check in agent and she was sooo nice and informative. There was also a male and female room attendant and we didnt get their names but so welcoming and had a smile. Everything was so nice and clean towels actually smell good and we're folded so nicely throughout the unit. We will definitely be booking again."

"It's a good place to stay. It's pretty small, about the size of a hotel room but it was big enough for the two of us. Had a couple of minor problems like there was a hole in one of the walls, and there was no coffee available like the listing said there would be. Also we had to ask for the beach towels that were supposed to be in the room. The view, the close beach, and the room's quietness made this a great stay, just not quite a 5 star perfect."
