« What a cute little cottage. So well stocked, and SO clean! Super cozy bed. Good fans and a/c works well. Judy was excellent in responding to questions. Instructions were clearly laid out. Great location. 15 minutes to TPA, downtown, Ybor city, Busch Gardens. Great little coffee place steps away. And a pub 5 minute walk away with amazing food and prices! House wasn’t clean upon check in and our code didn’t work, but he made sure that was fixed within 5 minutes of our arrival! House is good, only moan I would have is the shower could have better water pressure, but even then, it was way cheaper than any hotel in the area and we were about dead center in Tampa the entire time with quick access to everything, there is no parking lot style parking, but the street in the...

« Big Bucs fan, so renting this location was a no brainer. We were able to walk to Raymond James Stadium for the game. Absolutely clean, beautiful home. Dee was a good host. The fire pit was in rough shape but she replaced it with a new one the next day. Overall we were quite satisfied with our stay and would rent again. »

The home had everything we needed and wanted - quiet, relaxing, great amenities (thanks for the eggs!), and close to Tarpon Springs while still feeling remote. She also sent a us a video of the property, which was even more beautiful than the pictures. « Pros: The employee who welcomed us: Jake! He was absolutely lovely. Nice accommodations (kitchen included in the suite), walking distance to Ben T. Davis beach and located right next to the Bahama Breeze restaurant. Also walking distance from other restaurants such as Aqua, Rusty Pelican and Whiskey Joe’s. Free breakfast everyday at the hotel.
