« Yes, you read that right. This is the perfect property - at least it was for us and our vacation. The location was great - on the waterway meant plenty of bird and wildlife viewing, a block away from the grocery store was convenient, and a block and a half walk from the beach made it easy to go there for sunsets every evening. It was also close/a short drive to many of the activities we wanted to do. The Treasure Island beach is not as built up with high-rise condos/hotels as the nearby areas...

« Great ocean views, from all rooms. Nice, clean, well equipped, and very spacious. All you need for a beach day is there, chairs, Sun umbrellas, water toys, etc. Just 60 feet from the ocean. The neighborhood is also gray, north beach is quiet and not so crowded. Highly recommendable, I’ll return next year. »

« The weather cooperated very nicely. We were able to go to many of the restaurants and entertainment just by walking. John's pass is a fun place to go shopping, eating and of course people watching. Our dog enjoyed herself too. We took her with us many times. The area is very dog friendly. The pool and grounds are kept up nicely too. Just wish we had an ocean view. The host Debbie is the best , friendly and available when needed. She is very easy to talk to. We will be back for years to come. »

« It's a good place to stay. It's pretty small, about the size of a hotel room but it was big enough for the two of us. Had a couple of minor problems like there was a hole in one of the walls, and there was no coffee available like the listing said there would be. Also we had to ask for the beach towels that were supposed to be in the room. The view, the close beach, and the room's quietness made this a great stay, just not quite a 5 star perfect. »
