« Our stay was comfortable, and the unit's location right on the gulf was perfect! My kids (ages 9 and 8) enjoyed the beach toys available in the condo, and I appreciated access to the beach chairs and cooler. The building and pool were both quiet. We had a small incident with the kitchen, but the owners were very responsible and helpful. Our only negative comment is that the AC unit and dehumidifier are very loud. Overall, we had a nice long weekend stay. »

« My mom and I stayed here for 5 days for a little getaway and it was absolutely perfect. Especially for the price! Great views out the back in the breakfast nook, the two full bedrooms and bathrooms were so nice, and we cooked in the full kitchen every day. A 15-minute walk to the beach, or a 4-minute drive with lots of parking options along Treasure Island beach. The location felt very safe and is surrounded by beautiful houses and condos making for some nice walks around the neighborhood. »

« Check in was good though instructions on key access is via email Vs the VRBO app. They were immediately responsive with any questions we had and a minor a/c issue was addressed immediately. The large deck facing the inter coastal is wonderful. The sun rises from the left and I didn’t even have to leave the condo to enjoy it! (we were on the 6th floor),!! Beach access is literally a 3 minute walk max. 2 of the 4 beach chairs were good, but the other 2 were older and very low to the ground and...

« I’ve been staying at Villa Madeira for YEARS and this was by far my favorite room. Not only did they have absolutely everything you’d need for a perfect beach day ( chairs, umbrellas, toys, boards ) they also had a fully stocked kitchen with a portable highchair. The property manager is also amazing and was so helpful. Already planning our next stay!!! »

« We enjoyed our wedding anniversary there. The location is convenient, the staff very nice, the view from the condo beautiful, the beach and sunset perfect. They provided beach chairs and towels. The living room furniture needs to be updated. the sofa bed is old, not comfortable at all. On the day it rained and we had to use it to watch movies, it was awful »
