« I've lived in St. Pete for a while, but needed to stay here while doing work on my house. Great location, very safe neighborhood. Close to one of my favorite restaurant that looks over round lake. There are stairs, but the view is nice and the chairs are comfortable and clean. They made very good use of the space and I felt I had everything I needed for my stay. I actually eat leftovers, so having the baking sheet and microwave was very useful.Great floors and clean space. »

« This place is definitely a hidden gem! Its so private and quiet you feel as if you are in a standalone studio more than a room in a home. The space is thoughtfully curated, I especially appreciated the multiple outlets right on the bedside tables. The bed was so comfortable that I actually spent one day of my stay bedrotting! « This apartment was perfect for a trip for my daughter and me. Everything was clean and looked like the pictures. The beds were very comfortable and had lots of linens and towels. Parking was convenient. Natalia and Yuri provided great communication before checking in and checking out, which made everything very simple. We would definitely stay here again. »

« We weren’t in town for a long time but this was the perfect place to call home while in St. Pete! Communications with Natalia were easy and excellent! Close to so many great restaurants, minutes from the beach and Publix, Scooters coffee within walking distance, we really couldn’t have asked for more. The outdoor seating area was so pleasant for our morning coffees. And the space is cute to boot! Next time we’re in town, this is where we’ll be!! »
