Lounge on the hammock under the shade of umbrellas, listening to the gentle rustle of leaves in the breeze. The well-appointed living space is designed for relaxation, and the kitchen is ready for your culinary creations. Venture out to explore the nearby attractions of St. Petersburg, from cultural landmarks to beautiful beaches, and return to your private haven for a peaceful evening under the stars. \*The guest house is located behind another private entrance. Please use the back road to access the studio. \* All guests will be greeted with a complimentary chilled bottle of wine, two bath robes, embroidered beach towels, a beach umbrella, x2 foldable chairs, and a beach bag to use throughout your stay! The open-concept layout includes a cozy king size bed, 4K TV screen and pristine bathroom.Outside, you'll discover your own private paradise. Take a refreshing dip in the inviting plunge pool, surrounded by white seashells, lush greenery, and swaying palm trees. The spacious backyard is ideal for lounging in the sun, or simply unwinding with a good book laying on the hammock. Check-In: Once you have made your reservation, you will receive a keyless entry system code for the front door. Upon arrival you may let yourself in and make yourself comfortable! Uber/Parking/ Drop Off: If you are arriving from the airport or bringing a car, please head to the back alley way, and you may park your vehicle on the driveway of the studio with the turquoise trim for the duration of your stay. Food delivery service: Please be sure to specify delivery instructions to be dropped off in the back of residence, when staying in the studio. The host is not responsible. I stayed here with my husband and thought the studio was really cute. Great decor throughout. The bed was my favorite part, one of the most comfortable rental beds I've ever had. Overall the place was nice but definitely too small for us. I think it would have been better if I was traveling alone. The little kitchen is cute but not practical. The griddle heats very unevenly on the tiny stove and washing dishes in the tiny sink was difficult. It was disappointing that the listing states there is a beach bag with all your beach essentials. In reality you get a beach bag and two very thin Turkish towels. We inquired about chairs or other beach items and were told nothing else was included. We did feel a bit mislead by this. Another disappointment was that we were left with only 2 bottles of water for a 3 night stay and no water filtration system. We were left a bottle of wine and some snacks, which was nice. As people who came to Florida to enjoy the sunshine, we couldn't fully utilize the yard because the only seating option was a hammock. The yard was super cute but the hammock only fit one person and you can't sit on it without falling off. Our stay was early March so the plunge pool was definitely a cold plunge. I wasn't feeling brave enough for that! One other thing worth mentioning is the unfinished ceiling. Instead of drywall, concrete, etc the ceiling was covered by a curtain. Good location, quiet neighborhood. Close enough to the beaches and downtown. A car helps. ##### Erin S.
