« This was a great stay for our bachelorette group of 10. Easy access to anywhere we needed to go. Great communication with host. Had anything we could’ve needed (kitchen tools, pool floats/towels, etc.) and had great photo op signs. »

« This house is located between the intercoastal and the ocean. There is a small green area across the street that is on the intercoastal and the beach is 1 block away. It is a short walk to the shopping area. The house has it's own private backyard with hot tub and tiki bar. It has a beautiful garden that attracts many butterflies. A great area to sit outside enjoy the sun and a good book. Overall, a wonderful experience. »

« We have been to Florida a few times so far and stayed in the nicest hotels. This time we chose to try something new and decided to rent a house for our stay.. We stumbled across Palm Villa and boy did we feel at home ! Rick & Cindy made everything an easy process and very responsive with any questions we had during our stay. « Perfect place for a peaceful getaway. House was extremely clean, beds were comfortable, house fully stocked with supplies for a worry free vacation. Back patio sitting by the pool was perfect from sunrise to sunset. Close to the beaches. We enjoyed lauderdale by the sea and pompano beach. Neighborhood was safe and neighbors were very friendly. Check in process was easy given a code prior to arrival. Would definitely stay again when visiting Fort Lauderdale. »

« We spent really good vacation in this nice property with so amazing swimming pool. House is as described with all fittings available. Neighborhood is quiet. Long, large and really nice swimming pool with Jacuzzy Inside just designed to make you enjoy your stay ! »

« The house is so close to the beach! Its so cool to walk by the ocean front with kids and rent bicycles… Also, the house was clean, very bright inside, kids love the games room, tvs and Ac’s everywhere. Home appliances were top. Bedrooms are big enough and mattress are good as well. At least the pool was hot at anytime and cleaned every week. The only bad point i could say are the curtains in rooms because they are too light so rooms are sunny early. Beside that, we had a wonderful time (2 wks),...

« Perfect location near beach and state park. House accommodated 14 people including 3 small children. Kitchen, common areas and outdoor space were great. Loved the pool and beach toys and equipment. The visiting Muscovy ducks made a bit of a mess on the deck and racoons made disposal of garbage difficult. The hostess very responsive and even brought us baby gates. We would return to this property! »

« My 2 friends and I enjoyed our stay here. We each had our separate bedrooms, 3 bathrooms between us and a spacious area to gather. The outside porch area was comfortable and shaded. We spent a lot of time there. In roughly 300 steps we were on the beach and had beautiful views of both the sun & moonrises. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, etc. The house was very clean. We enjoyed watching the iguanas sunbathe as well. We all agreed we would return! We highly recommend! »
