Sparkling clean, lovely Penthouse Unit with panoramic city view. Lots of amenities, great neighbourhood. The building is 2 mins from subway-which leads you to Downtown Toronto- in ten minutes. Lots of amazing restaurants and pubs in the area for your enjoyment and entertainment. There is a gym, salt water pool and sauna on the 4th floor and 24 hour security; a secured parking garage with a spot for guests to park free; and there is additional paid public parking in the underground.
The space
This penthouse has an incredible view of Uptown, Midtown and Downtown Toronto. You will enjoy the sunrise and the sunset from a huge balcony. It is incredible! The area is quite lively and have lots of wonderful amenities for your enjoyment. There is a Loblaws and an LCBO in the building for your convenience.
Guest access
You will have access to the full apartment. You will share part of my closet space, if needed.

PLEASE NOTE:ALL AMENITIES ARE NOW OPENED.
This is a Condo and there are shared amenities in the building. To this end, if you chose to use the gym, pool, steamroom or sauna please do so at your own risk/responsibility. They are all located on the 4th floor and open from 5 am to midnight. The gym closes for cleaning between 2pm-3pm. No parties are allowed in my home and you must agree to limit loud noises or sounds. There are other residents who are sensitive to loud noises.
NOTE :Face masks are required in the common areas of the building at all times.
