The room itself is tired looking and in need of refurbishment. Some of the common elements are being deep cleaned and spiffed up, I expect the rooms will be done soon as well. The staff are excellent and unfailingly kind and helpful. When I asked for a kettle and extra hangers they were in my room by the time I got back to it. I am staying for a month or more due to a flood in my home and was able to get a pet friendly room for myself and my 2 cats which took a lot of stress off my shoulders. I would much rather be in my own home, but I am very comfortable and happy to be at Pan Pacific in the meantime.

This property was very nice. The check out staff was very friendly. The pool was the only thing that was not that clean. Property can use some upgrades, but it’s still a nice hotel.

Nicely designed hotel with respectful reception staff and huge parking space. The rooms are spacious and designed well. Bathrooms are spacious. Overall, it was an excellent choice for stays.
