"The hotel and room were lovely! Our room was spacious and well equipped. We felt safe and secure on the property. All the staff were kind and helpful. The hot tub was amazing. The meal choices at the Chili’s on site were limited, especially breakfast. No kids options. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend this hotel. "

"We stayed in a family suite and were surprised to see no separate seating area. Just the two beds in one room and another bed I. The other. I would have thought there would be a couch area. The furniture in the room was also very run down. The chair looked like it was falling apart. The restaurant was really good but very expensive for what you get. Even the coffee in the morning at the restaurant to go was over $5.00. "

"The room was clean, the staff was AMAZING, parking was additional charge but it SHOULD NOT be ALL season. One other thing was the microwave, I feel like that should be in the room especially because we had kids with us and to warm food. "

"Spotlessly clean, loved the hot pools and the complimentary tea, coffee and cocoa on demand. The service and staff were wonderful; they even found a pencil and sharpener for my daughter so she could do her homework. My youngest was a little disappointed there was no true swimming pool, but the rest of us didn't mind. The view from the hot pools is spectacular. They also provide free bus passes, which we appreciated so we could avoid trying to find parking downtown. We will stay here again on our next trip to Banff."

"Only stayed for one night and it was ok. Breakfast didn’t open till 8, which was a little late if you wanted to be at the hill early. No place to buy water on the grounds, only vending machines that were completely out of water. Other than that it was pretty good for the price."
