Staying at top of the hill is a great experience. Overall service was good but on the first night (Friday) service was pretty poor (long) at the bar and food at Eagle restaurant was not great. The lounge side restaurant on Saturday night was a lot better and service at restaurant and bar on Saturday night was much better.

Smooth and fast check in and check out. Room was clean. And selection of continental breakfast was good.

great spot - slightly removed from the business of Banff. Be prepared, they do not have a elevator (they certainly will help with bags and main floor rooms can be requested). The rooms could use a refresh. The view outstanding. They have free parking, use of bikes, will loan you bear spray back packs, and have a shuttle (we found very handy). We totally enjoyed dinner at their bistro. The service was kind, informative and attentive (amid a large wedding party)! Our server knew the area...

We loved this hotel, it was modern, sleek but warm and friendly. It was convenient to everything. Impeccable hospitality. Will stay again! Great price, great experience and great location! Thank you 🙏

nice staff

Excellent welcome by staff, very easy to get around a d the breakfast is awesome and so fulfilling, with plenty of warm options.

Friendly staff and cleaned. I was surprised in the morning , the staff already shovel my car , it was snowing in the morning. Thank you! Highly recommended.

The staff were exceptional and professional. We stayed for one night and enjoyed all the ameneties: hot tub, cold plumge, complimentary smores, and breakfast! Our guest service people Anna and Dan were so kind. Ben from the Happy Camper was also welcoming and hospitable. Thank you so much. I will be back!

It would be nice if there is a hot pool in the roof top and jacuzzi. But everything else is perfect!

I recently stayed at Moose Hotel for my wedding and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds that ensured a good night's sleep. I particularly enjoyed the amenities, such as the pool and fitness center, which added to our overall enjoyment. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. I would definitely recommend Moose...

Excellent location for staying in Banff. The restaurant is very good and the service is good. The only problem is the carpet in the hallway that looks old but that is all.
