My kids super love it. The room is clean and we had a veranda with a nice view of the mountain. We got to enjoy the indoor and outdoor pool, the amazing playground and the underground parking lot. The hotel is very close to downtown which we enjoy night stroll and eating on different food places. The staff are amazing too. Check in was smooth and welcoming, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even suggested a restaurant right across the street, which turned out to be delicious and so convenient since we could just walk instead of driving. That small touch made a big difference after a long day of travel. The room was comfortable and worked well for our whole family, and the resort itself felt relaxed and family friendly. We love water slides and outside hot tub. And parkade (we always come for ski trip in winter). Rooms and buildings are dated as most of Banff hotels. Bathrooms are clean and updated. If things in kitchen get improved, that would be nice. Like pans, pots and cutlery.
