We had a wonderful time at the Serendipity B&B. Jodi and Bruno were very gracious hosts and their house was beautiful! The breakfasts were also delicious!

We had a fabulous stay at the Serendipity B&B. Bruno and Judy are extremely hospitable, welcoming and friendly. Breakfasts were delicious and substantial portions. The house is in an ideal location. The bedroom and bathroom is very clean, spacious and comfortable. It Overall exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend for a stay in the Niagara-on-The-Lake. We hope to be back some day.

Jodi and Bruno were fantastic hosts. Their knowledge of the wineries in the area was extremely helpful in planning our trip. They went above and beyond for delicious breakfasts each morning and went out of their way to curate the experience for us. The room and entire property was very clean and well taken care of. The location is very close to the heart of NotL and walkable to some very good wineries. I would highly recommend staying with them. I certainly will look them up when back in the area again.

Jodie and Bruno are great hosts and we feel as if we have made new friends. The breakfasts were fantastic and so tasteful. What can we say?.... Oh ...My ....God!!! I wish I had taken pix to post but we both rushed to taste and devour the meal each morning. I need to do that ( the pix that is!) on our next visit which I feel we will be making sooner rather than later. Their knowledge of the area and suggestions for anything from walks to interesting shops with yummy chocolates to dining to restaurants was so appreciated. Neither my wife or I could not say enough good things about this place. I cannot finish without pointing out the beautiful backyard with its quiet comfortable areas to just curl up with a book or a glass of wine. Serendipity it was! Thank you for making our 40th anniversary so much more special. Mike and Diane

Serendipity is amazing! Our hosts Bruno and Jody were so friendly and helpful. The breakfasts that we had were like going to a five-star restaurant. Our room was immaculate. Will definitely come back!

Choose this one!
This B&B was an excellent choice! It was impeccably clean, is beautifully designed and is very comfortable. The neighborhood and home is quiet and feels very safe. Breakfast was amazing!!! ... the huge baked apple pancake that everyone raves about is all that, and the scoop of limoncello ice cream that followed was a decadent surprise! The owners are lovely. They work to make your stay in the area a great one and are genuinely a fun couple to get to know. Stay here if you get the chance!!

Bruno and Jodi were very friendly and kind. we forgot to check the check in time and we did check in late and they waited for us to check in at 7:00 pm. Bruno helped us with best restaurants in the town and he showed us every single restaurant locations in map breakfast was incredible , Jodi made it herself and it was delicious everything was great, we would definitely go back next year

Bruno and Jodie were warm and gracious hosts, not to mention superb cooks! Their place was spotless. The location was about a kilometre or so from the theatres, a longish walk for some but perfect on a nice evening. Thank you for your hospitality!

This property is a couple blocks walk further from downtown compared to many other B&B, but still within easy walking distance. The accommodations are spotless. The hosts are very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast “Dutch baby” was tasty and made with local ingredients.

We had an amazing weekend at Serendipity. Jodi and Brun are the perfect hosts and made our trip to niagara on the lake extra special. Their house is beautiful and the food was just incredible! They really go the extra mile to ensure you enjoy your stay and have everything you need to explore the town and vineyards. Couldn’t recommend them more!

If you are going to N O T L for a visit, you should definately stay here at Serendipity.. Jodi and Bruno are the most congenial hosts. The breakfast was just amazing. This will be our home from home any time we are staying in this area.

This is an "outstanding" B & B. Jodi & Bruno are hosts "extraordinaire"! The property, the living quarters, our bedroom ( Oasis with onsuite), the linens, the bed, robes, not just wine glasses but a cutting board as well....I could go on & on...treat yourself and spend some time with Jodi & Bruno at Serendipity!!! Truly, it's a step ( or 2) above any B & B we've stayed at!! Oh....& the breakfast...Weight Watchers would not approve but I enjoyed every bite ( french toast filled with mascarpone topped with fresh strawberries, blueberries, silvered almonds, curly bacon and a drizzle of maple syrup...yum!! Followed by homemade strawberry ice cream!! Yup...if you're in NOTL you should stay here!!

Beautiful B&B and the owners were lovely! We checked in as guests and left as friends.The breakfast was gourmet and phenomenal. Jodi and Bruno clearly care about making sure their guests are happy. The house was beautiful and modern and the rooms were gorgeously decorated and clean. The only tiny little thing that we found missing was a TV in the room. Hubby likes to watch late night TV and morning news. Otherwise, everything was just perfect! Would highly recommend this amazing B&B!

My two daughters stayed at Serendipity bed and breakfast for a Saturday night and had a wonderful time. the hosts were amazing. The accommodation was great. the food to die for with a cheese souffle, and information was given for the local sights to see. 10/10, a great experience

We had a wonderful experience staying at our first B&B! Jodi and Bruno were so accomodating and made us feel right at home. The location was also key as it is minutes away from many wineries. The room was very clean and comfortable - and in the morning, Jodi made us all an AMAZING breakfast! Will definitely be coming back.

Just had the best experience at serendipity. Bruno and Jodi were so gracious and we had the most beautiful, extravagant breakfast. The home is beautiful and our room was lovely. The extra touches were appreciated and we left feeling like we just made 2 new friends. I couldn’t be more grateful for my experience. We will definitely return to serendipity.😊

Bruno and Jodi have a beautiful residence, and were wonderful people! Very experienced in the local cuisines and wineries. They are close to Queen St with all the shops and restaurants, just a bit of a walk to get there. The rooms, beds, and accessories were perfect, and breakfast was 5 star.

Best sleep I’ve had in months! Lovely people with lots of good advice on where to visit. We only had one night there and wished we’d stayed longer. Will definitely return if we can get back to the area.

Our bedroom was upstairs, but the bath was downstairs next to the kitchen. Terrible design. This is a newer home built "like" a period Victorian, but without the character. I overpaid with cash and was never given change. Won't be back.

On Mar12,/18 we immediately confirmed your Aug reservation.If you had any concerns over the past 5 months you could have contacted us.You did not.The Getaway is a 2nd floor bdrm,private/Not shared bthrm is down a private hallway on the main floor.This is clearly advertised on our website & our confirmation email.Our Georgian style home is 31 yrs old.We spent a lot of money & efforts to restore this home.We chose to tastefully decorate with mix of mid century modern & Georgian influence,not Victorian.Our home has all new beds,mattresses,linens,towels,renovated bathrooms &kitchen.We are a Canadian co. & operate using Cdn funds.As a courtesy we offer to accept USF for our US guests.When you checked in Bruno did not have change readily available in USF but said he would when Jodi returned later that evening.We had the change waiting for you & were going to give it to you at breakfast.Bruno came down at 7:30 am to make coffee for early risers,noticed that a car was missing from the driveway.Some guests get up early & go for a morning drive,we did not think much of it..We started to prep & make breakfast. At 9 am it was evident that you left early without calling,texting,emailing or even having the courtesy to leave us a note.As such 2 wonderful breakfasts that were prepared for you went to waste.On Aug 19th,we even sent you an email thanking you for staying with us & mentioned that if we had known that you were not staying for breakfast,we could have had freshly baked muffins ready as we have done for many guests.Please provide us with a current mailing address,we will gladly mail your $10 USF change.Below is a copy of the confirmation that was emailed to you. Hi xxxx, Thank you for reserving “The Getaway” at Serendipity B and B in Niagara-on-the-Lake. This room offers a queen sized bed on the second floor, with your private bathroom on the main floor.
