Loved the property and facilities, restaurants, etc. the only bummer was that there was nothing else around and you had to get an Uber which could take forever b/c of traffic. But, otherwise, I LOVED it. Would absolutely stay again and plan outings accordingly.

I had a decent stay at this hotel, which offered a convenient 24-hour front desk and room service. This was especially helpful since I arrived on a late flight. However, the food quality was below average and overpriced. One major drawback is the hotel's location. There are no restaurants or amenities nearby, making it necessary to rely on taxis or ride-hailing services like Uber. While this isn't a huge issue, the traffic in the area can be terrible, leading to lengthy travel times and increased costs. Overall, if you plan to stay here, be sure to plan your outings carefully to avoid getting caught in traffic. Poor Infrastructure - Water Pressure

The water pressure is not what you would expect in such a hotel- especially when it is located in a well-known dangerous zone - Naucalpan. If the area is a disadvantage the hotel should work to ensure that other details of the experience are optimal.

Lots of SMOKING at the hotel restaurant patio

Despite no smoking signs in the restaurant patio area, I witnessed lots of smoking in the nonsmoking areas in the hotel restaurant patio. I personally endured SECOND-HAND SMOKE. Even waiting for an Uber at the tower entrance was an awful experience.
