We were especially impressed with the international staff and how accommodating they were. To the point, when I mentioned that our bed mattress has seen better days we had a new mattress in our room within two hours. We highly recommend the Loden hotel when visiting Vancouver."

We enjoyed the walking distance to Stanley Park, Whole foods, etc. There is a Starbucks in the same building too.
