Location was better than expected! Great restaurants in area, walkable neighborhood, nice outdoor spaces with views of downtown Vancouver. The Seabus transportation was easy and fun to use.

The location is unbeatable: On top of the Lonsdale Quay Market, and next to the Seabus Station, the Shipyards, and the Lower Lonsdale neighborhood. Plenty to see and o within easy walking distance. Marked down the grade by one star only because of the renovation work underway during my stay.

This was our first time staying at this hotel, The front desk was not very informative on the facility amenities. We were not aware parking was Not included! We booked way in advance and our room was not great at all, it was accessible room which we did not request, the room was very outdated, did not feel clean, the furniture was not well keep at all and the bed was very uncomfortable!! It’s very nice to have air conditioning but when it was running it was very loud, we had a terrible sleep!! It felt like it was meant for staff not welcoming to guests. We will definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone):

We loved the location of this hotel, the amenities in the area and in the hotel room ie: microwave, second night some missing wash cloths, view of water was outstanding and the little deck off the room very nice to sit out. The restaurant coffee and breakfast was a little pale to say the least ended up eating in the market below the hotel.
