"This was my last stay on my 8 day solo trip and it helped me end it well, I originally booked an Airbnb but when I got there, it was horrible & in a rough neighborhood. I booked Kavia Plus for two nights, double bed room, it had a small balcony & a refrigerator. I took a star off because there's no chair in the room, there were flies in the sink area non stop & the shower head need to be replaced. The staff was helpful & very friendly. I had breakfast in their cafe, it was fresh & tasty,...

"We stayed one night for a layover when travelling. Small room but clean and friendly staff. Pillow was not great for my girlfriend and the water was not very hot for a shower, but other than that good experience. Good, fresh breakfast in the morning!"

"Best place to stay in Downtown Cancun. The building is beginning to show age on the exterior, but won't affect your stay. Some pool repairs and new pool furniture would be excellent, but the hotel is amazing. We stay there any time we go to Cancun."

" I normally stay at all inclusive resorts but my I decided to stay downtown. The only negative is the rooms need upgrading but the hotel was clean . The free breakfast was similar to what you receive on an all inclusive resort . It was really nice for the price and close to local markets and food. "

Simple...helpful...What you expect from a hotel...and the elevators are so quiet ( Thumbs Up for the maintenance )...Bring a working watch or clock ( with an alarm ) that is NOT Connected... some issues with the phones connected to WI-Fi ...messing up the correct time... Not Hotel related...but more of a security for peace of mind...Don't leave without sunscreen... or towels ( available at front desk in exchange for Passeport or ID ... Proper place to stay... Will go without hesitation......
