The bed sheets are rags in pieces, the towels seems like trash, the window of the shower and restroom was broken, allowing people from outside to peek inside, real terrible conditions, I had to get away and book another room as we were not feeling safe no more. The hotel is situated on a busy main road with few bars and restaurants nearby although there are convenience stores and a McDonalds about 10 minutes walk away. I booked a Superior Room, but there was no wardrobe/closet to hang my clothes, or a safe. The shower provided hot water when required. The A/C worked well and the bed was comfortable. The wi-fi in the room worked well. My room door lock was key operated and the lock did not look or feel robust. The receptionists were very pleasant and helpful, making phone calls for me and hailing taxis. Smoking is allowed on the balcony to the front of the hotel, but no ashtrays are provided and rubbish e.g. pizza boxes, plastic cups is allowed to collect there. There is no hotel bar or restaurant. The nearest place to eat is a taco restaurant directly opposite. Take the R-1 bus to the Hotel Zone. The bus stop is about a 10-15 minute walk away. The area surrounding the hotel is not safe after midnight and it's best to be in your room by then.
