"Wow this place was amazing! First ever all Inclusive and it definitely was a good experience. The whole resort smells amazing like they have something going through the vents or something haha. Staff is so helpful and always happy to greet you. Had only one bad experience with a staff member at the spa cafe but assuming she just was having a bad day. No worries the rest of our experience was great. Our concierge Alfred was very hopeful in making our reservations at restaurants so we were stress free. Carnal was by far the best restaurant! Buffet was super good and had lots of options ! They made sure our room was cleaned everyday and we got a bottle of champagne nice touch! Jesus and Barbara were amazing with the massage. It is an extra charge but I do recommend the hydrotherapy and massage service. Definitely recommend this resort !"

"Мы с подругой отдыхали неделю назад. Это был невероятный отпуск для нас. Комнаты порадовали своей чистотой и уютом, каждую уборку меняли полотенца на свежие, добавляли в ёмкасти шампунь, кондиционер для волос и гель для душа.Холодильник каждый день наполняли питьевой водой, пивом и сладкими газированными напитками. Территория отеля всегда была чистая, ни мусора, ни окурков. Работники отеля всегда встречали нас с улыбкой и дружелюбием. Отвечали на все наши вопросы, если нас что то интересовало. Еда в буфете и гриль- баре на территории бассейнов была разнообразный и очень вкусной! Напитки в барах лились рекой, выбирай на любой вкус. Также мы посетили СПА - салон: сауна, хамам, горячий и холодный бассейн, массаж и солевую комнату. Это было невероятное расслабление для тела и отдых для души. Катание на джетски, надувном банане, пробные уроки с аквалангом, аквапарк сделали наш отпуск ярким и красочным. Также мы посетили Чичен Ицу, деревню Майя и Сенот - Это была очень интересная и познавательная экскурсия. Обязательно и с большим удовольствием вернёмся в этот отель ещё и ещё раз."

"Let’s just say, we wouldn’t hesitate to go back! This resort has daily activities and entertainment. The food was awesome at the restaurants and the drinks were offered every where we turned. The hospitality here was awesome and they were always so respectful and helpful. The couples spa was also very much relaxing and soothing. Don’t hesitate on booking this resort."

"We had a wonderful stay at Barceló Maya Riviera with our adult children. The food was excellent, and the staff were warm, friendly, and engaging throughout our visit. We made the most of everything the resort had to offer and especially enjoyed trying the à la carte restaurants throughout the complex. Our swim-up room was a lovely, peaceful retreat where we could all relax after dinner. The service staff were fantastic, and the entertainment team kept us smiling and involved with fun activities, including beach volleyball. We thoroughly enjoyed our time together and would happily return!"
