The location is easily the best thing about this hotel. I was attending a conference at Olympia, which is around a 20-minute walk, but the hotel is right next to Kensington High Street station, giving excellent transport connections across London. There are also plenty of food and drink options nearby, including Whole Foods. I was pleased to see that the sauna in the men’s changing room has been replaced, as the old one was quite dated. The only downside was how busy the sauna was, likely because the steam room and hot tub were temporarily out of action due to refurbishment. While the hotel could benefit from some modernisation, this isn’t essential — and realistically, once that happens, prices will likely rise significantly.
