The property is maintained and they recently opened a larger breakfast area. It’s within must see destinations on London and a fabulous park. Great location and it’s a beautiful hotel
Great location, but rooms and hotel require some updating.
Security very proactive, easy to check in, friendly staff on hand to help. Wifi very limited depending on device being used to connnect.
It was a great hotel everything about it was very good
This hotel is located next to the Victoria Station and transportation of every mode is FANTASTIC!!!!!
Friendly staff and they held our luggage free of charge while we toured Westminster!
The hotel is very nice. My room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. My only issue with the room was it’s poor lighting. The English breakfast was delicious and plentiful.
Very fast and efficient service when I made requests for fixing TV or the sink.
