Great hotel with great staff made our city break perfect. Ideal location for transport, shopping and sight seeing. Could not have been better. From check in to check out we could not fault it. Same time same place next year.

"Good Business Hotel"
Good location, well-organised staff on Reception. Good clean & comfy bedding. Noisy aircon that I couldn't switch off but overall room very quiet considering central location. Terrible tea & coffee supplies - cheap products, no fresh milk and no room service before 6.30 am.

"Four Seasons Hotel as I expected it to be,loved it"
Close to Buckingham palace and Hyde Patk, 15 minutes of nice walk to Piccadely Circus, which is too crowded in my opinion , I liked it better around our hotel and the restaurants behind the hotel

"An upscale hotel in every sense."
My wife and I wanted to stay in a 5-star hotel close to London's city center and we booked out stay in the Ritz base on customer reviews on Expedia. We were not disappointed. The hotel accommodations and staff were outstanding, and they couldn't do enough to make our stay a very enjoyable one. The room rates are not for the feint of heart but you will get what you pay for.
