Staff was excellent. Very knowledgeable about the area...loved Shepard's Market which was close by. Neighborhood was very nice, close to underground at Green Park. Walk to Buckingham Palace through the Park. Would definitely recommend!
The hotel is first class and located just minutes from everything in central London.
Excellent location, very helpful staff, good quality breakfast, very comfortable
Probably the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at- everything was perfect, the room, the restaurant, the pool, and every staff person . A very special trip!
Helpful staff and a great central location. Rooms adequate and clean
Love the dukes great service wonderful location great beds
the ladies at check in were so eager to have everything go well- all the staff were eager to help even small (internet) difficulties
The service and overall aesthetic were wonderful! The staff is always looking to help and consistently strives for excellence. The only negative thing about the hotel and my biggest pet peeve are the bathrooms. I don't like tubs and was looking more for a standing shower, but this was nothing compared ...
Temperature in the room was too hot otherwise the hotel was excellent.
