"The staff is very attentive and accommodating, the hotel has a very intimate atmosphere and the breakfasts were excellent. The location near Buckingham Palace was very convenient. "

"Lots of food and drink options in the hotel. Room was comfortable albeit cramped for a king bed room. Was meant to get an upgrade but the message wasn’t passed on to check in staff which is quite disappointing - good area and bed was comfortable "
"One of London’s great hotels with a gem of a bar in the American Bar. Superb service from a brilliant staff: phenomenal service ethic. A total pleasure to stay there. "

10/10 Excellent
"The accomodations were lovely. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spa like. Nice to come back to after a long day of walking. The breakfasts were just ok. The coffee machines were constantly breaking so it became almost impossible to get a cup of decade coffee. The one time I had some potatoes which they had just put out they were cold. So not great food. "
"We had an amazing 3-night stay at the Park Plaza London Waterloo! The location is perfect — close to major attractions and surrounded by affordable dining with plenty of options. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home. Highly recommended!"
"1.5 blocks from tottenham court rd tube station and less than 10 from euston, st pancras, and kings cross stations, very convenient for travel. Will visit again. Prepaying for breakfast gets you a discount, quality is above average"
"Small room but just what we needed. Exceptional service from staff and an invitation for cheese and wine. Great location for the Novello theatre and others. We will stay again."
"Staff very friendly and helpful. Had plug adapter available. Booked tickets for bus for us. Loved the room and decor. Restaurant was good but expensive. Breakfast was excellent. Would recommend and stay there again. Very good location and safe. "
"Other than having a fire alarm go off at one in the morning and we had to evacuate the building. And we didn’t know about the triathlon on Sunday, 10 August they need to notify the people staying there at least days in advance, if not weeks. We should’ve got compensated for fire that we didn’t see."
"Attended an even at the National Theatre so this was the perfect spot on the south bank for an overnight stay.
The room was immaculate, spotlessly clean and lots of space. "
