security of the location and distance from the airport
Good location. Great rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. No ice machine which was not great and no microwaves which would be great in the rooms.
Very close walk to london eye and very clean and if willing to walk a bit more you can walk to pretty much anything
Very vibrant hotel. Lots of action and events going on. For instance, when we stayed here the national croquet team was staying here as well. Great views, very quiet. Only thing is it was a little far (about 10 minutes by foot) to the nearest Tube station which is Vauxhall.
close to tube station but in a quiet location, clean and well maintained hotel
Only downside was having to book swimming pool time and strict adherence to tome rules - made us feel like families were not wanted. Their excuse eas that ot would be overcrowded ; was never crowded!!
As expected. Good location.Rooms adequate suze although expected bigger. Good amenities in kitchen area.
Nice large room with small kitchen area.... coffee machine, job and fridge. We made ourselves a nice deli breakfast from food we bought night before from nearby supermarket. Excellent location. 7 minute walk to jubilee gardens. We enjoyed the view overlooking Waterloo train track..:)
Fantastic , would definitely stay again ! Perfect location , gorgeous hotel , very helpful and friendly staff 👍
