I’ve stayed her multiple times and always have had a lovely experience. Rooms are clean, spacious and updated. On this occasion in particular, they found out it was my birthday and went above and beyond. Left a sweet treat in my room upon arrival and gave us a free drink at the bar. Lovely way to start off a birthday weekend. Will definitely stay again

They advertise that rooms have fridges but they don’t work anywhere in the hotel. The fridge is almost room temperature- not a refrigerator. The staff inform you it is more of a cooler. It is unfair. Children need cold milk, babies need bottles, diabetics need cold insulin, etc. It is false advertising. I asked the front desk about this, in case it was just our room, but they said it was hotel wide. How unfortunate.

Stayed for 7 nights with a family of 4. We loved the proximity to major sights and transit. Room was great, a little tight for 4, but completely manageable. King bed was extremely comfortable, pull-out bed, not as much, but to be expected. Staff was very helpful. Would highly recommend.
