The staff were superb - welcoming, warm, polite, friendly and helpful. The dining room staff were equally welcoming. I cannot rate them highly enough. My only reservation regarding the building was that the windows in my room were somewhat draughty.
Very nice and helpefull and clean good food and very good location
I thought this was a lovely, quaint hotel. The room was the perfect size. The extras like the coffee bar, the bottle of wine was a lovely touch. The room was well turned out. Everything was clean and lovely. I especially loved the heated towel rack in the bathroom. The staff were exceptionally friendly ...
Excellent location, staff was great, very helpful and offered great suggestions and help. We arrived way earlier than check in time and were exhausted. They found us a room pretty quickly allowing us to check in early with out a fee and rest. The bar is a little weird... drinks were just bleh, nothing ...
GOOD LOCATION, VERY FRIENDLY STAFF. BATHROOM FACILITIES LACKING. WE WOULD LIKE A WALK-IN- SHOWER. LIGHTING IN BATHROOM VERY POOR FOR SHAVING, AS IS LIGHTING IN ENTIRE SUITE.
Fantastic location, superb staff. Would certainly recommend to anyone who is planning a trip to London

Staff very friendly and helpful pleasant hotel. Good location for royal albert hall which was our reason for the trip.
With tons of shops, live music, and local food, it’s little wonder why Kensington, London, is considered one of the best places to live in the city. Come see the attractions for yourself during your next trip to England.
Start your trip with some truly local flavour when you walk along Kensington High Street.
Take your pick of Turkish, Chinese, Iranian, and American restaurants dotting the avenues and sending sweet and spicy aromas onto the sidewalks. Of course, if you’d prefer to put together your lunch yourself you can always go to the Notting Hill Farmers’ Market. Not only can you find freshly baked cakes and breads, you can also pick up regional veggies and local cheese. Once you’re full, walk it off with a trip to Holland Park. While the green area as a whole is a local favourite, make your way to the Kyoto Japanese Garden tucked away in the park. The small pool of water and smooth stones provide ultimate tranquility. If you’d like to break up the silence with music, don’t miss a show at Opera Holland Park during the summer months. Showcasing opera in the open air theatre, it’s the perfect way to cap a day or night.
Once you’re ready to put on your literal night cap, simply head back to your Kensington hotel. Book right here on Expedia.ca to find the cheapest discounts on room and suites in the city. Whether you want a spot with an in-room refrigerator to hold your market wares or a place close to the parks, we have the London hotel you need.
Between bites of local cheese and time spent at the park, you’ll never want to leave this slice of paradise in London.
