"Conveniently close to tube "
Easy booking. The best thing about the hotel is that it is located very near to the Gloucester Road tube station. Plenty of amenities and eateries nearby. Easy check in. Room was comfortable size and clean. Nice bathroom. Only downside we experienced was when we arrived, one of the cleaners were spraying the entrance and it was not so pleasant.

"Great location"
Lovely hotel in S. Kensington just across from the Tube. Staff was helpful, rooms are small by American standards but clean and well furnished. No luggage rack was a slight inconvenience.

"South Kensingtion Beauty"
We have stayed here previously, and enjoyed it a lot. This time, for some reason, we were given a much smaller room which was tight for two people. Additionally , everyday the housing staff forgot something to replenish the room such as towels, coffee service, etc. not a huge big deal, but not what one expects from a 5 star rating. With that being said, this is the HOT, glam place to stay in the area. The tube and quaint shops and reasonably price restaurants abound. You feel like a local in the area. Recently, the hotel was featured in many design magazines. It really is a beautiful property that should not be missed.

"Lovely Hotel with excellent service"
Excellent front desk staff, imaginatively decorated, very comfortable. Some of the less expensive rooms can be quite small, but they let you know in advance.

"Decent, but not special, except the pool"
The pool and gym were nice, the place is not terribly spiffy, and the breakfast buffet is really dull, and coffee is bad. Staff is very nice, room was clean. Good for the price in London, but not memorable.

"Great hotel at a convenient location"
This is our first time visiting London, and the location of this hotel was very convenient, as it was a 5 min walk away from the Earl Court subway station and various restaurants. It is also walking distance to Kensington Palace/Gardens and you will find more restaurants along Gloucester Rd. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful on any of our needs. Our room was on the 3rd floor, and it was very quiet as our room was facing a smaller street. The hotel is located next to a Sainsbury's supermarket, which was great for us to buy drinks, snacks and breakfast. We had an upgraded room, however there was not a mini fridge in our room, but having Sainsbury next door made up for it. Since we had an upgraded room, the hotel offered us free drinks from the bar in the afternoon, and free sweets and snacks everyday which was a nice touch.
