The bathroom was fine and an espresso machine was included in the price. The only downside was that the room opposite this one 724, either 726 or 723, had a door closer that was set too tight and made the door slam very often including waking me in the night. Breakfast was also superb with an excellent choice and service. It was good to go down the surviving art deco staircase to this. It would be great to see more of this restored on the ground floor round the entrance area with future upgrades of the hotel. Thank you." Our room was clean and packed with amenities. The staff were highly professional and attentive at all times. The Melody restaurant was great and the portion sizes were large! The whisky bar had an incredible range to choose from but could be dangerous! We would definitely recommend this and we will be returning next time we visit London.
