The Premier Inn is conveniently located within a 5-10 minute walk of the Hammersmith subway (underground) station. The station has MANY restaurants & stores. The neighborhood felt safe and we found a great pub (Distillers) within a few blocks. The room was small, but clean, quiet & efficient. The included breakfast was tasty with lots of choices. Staff were super nice & helpful.

The staff were amazing!!! Location was also a huge plus, right across the street from Hammersmith station and loads of shops. Issues had: shower was broken when checked in and had to be fixed, the AC kept turning off in the night, and there was no iron in the room.Again, the staff was top notch but the hotel itself could use some help

Location was good. Room was fine except we had to keep turning the air conditioning on. It shuts itself off. We got up in the middle of the night and turned it back on. Also restaurant kept seating us in corners instead of in the open or by the window( more desirable places). Place wasn’t even busy.

The staff was very helpful. Location was a ways from the main touristy locations, but Hammersmith tube station was a couple of blocks away, so easy walk. It was an easy drive by Uber to Heathrow. Restaurant was excellent. Would definitely stay there again.

I travelled with my wife and 2 years old kid, I was expecting refrigerator in the room to store milk for baby. This is one of the basic amenities in most of the north American hotels. It was not there in the room. Besides that the stay was wonderful, staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good.
