I only got a chance to stay one night, however the check in agent at that time was exceptionally amazing. Very helpful and courteous. Also he went out of his way to explain how i could get to the airport from the hotel. Definately my favourite place to come back next year. Thank you.

"Very convenient "
Convenience really excellent, Gloucester road tube stop across the street yet quiet, very comfortable. Room suffered from dim bulbs and needed another lamp besides. Appreciated instant coffee and boiler, fridge in room. Telephone system lacking, because there is no convenient way to notify desk of needs except through operator, who may let her line ring interminably. Can't dial housekeeping, desk, or concierge directly.

"Excellent positioned hotel in the centre of London"
Great located hotel close to Leicester sq / Covent Garden / picadilli circus. Nice comfy clean room. Peaceful considering the centre location. Second stay here for us. Only criticism is breakfast is over priced. We ate outside in a cafe instead.1st time we stayed cost nearly £45 for two of us !!! .

"A very pleasant stay"
We booked one night here on 15/08/2015 for my birthday as we were going to see a matinee performance Hamlet at the Barbican Theatre. The welcome we got was perfect as we were given club lounge access and free breakfast as a birthday gift. The staff we met were without exception superb in terms of their helpfulness, friendliness and courteousness. My wife is unsteady in walking so the bell boy (without our asking) took us by a route which involved no stairs. Our accommodation was a basic room (and not expensive for London) but was decorated and equipped to a very high standard. The club lounge facilities were just what we needed before our very short walk to the Barbican. We ate in the hotels Jugged Hare restaurant which whilst a little pricey (again not for London) was good if a little noisy but the staff again being particularly pleasant.

"Amazing hotel in great location...But"
The hotel was amazing, the bar staff were very helpful offering great conversation, amazing drink advice, and Help on which locations you should see for a vacation. the only downfall to the hotel I would say, would be the room size, my first night was in a single bed, that was too small so I upgraded to the Superior Double, which was bigger and had a better shower. But the room seemed to be too small for the price. But I made the best if it.
