"Lovely city centre hotel in an unbeatable location"
An impressive building with fabulous staff and a location that allows the London visitor to stroll to many of the top sights. The room was clean and comfortable...a little worn in places and the bed had a saggy middle. My biggest gripe was the immediate offer of an upgrade (for a price) upon check-in. I don't understand this new phenomenon. If a room exists that is more comfortable than the one I originally booked, it is free and there is little chance of it being booked at that point in the day, then why not offer it as a courtesy? I think I would feel more valued as a customer and more likely to return.

"Conveniently close to Paddington stn at good price"
Very small room but very close to Paddington station. Reasonably clean and comfortable with a decent bathroom Not luxurious by any means but a good launching point for trips into the city (via train) at a good price Area has several shops and restaurants within quick walking distance in a safe environment Hotel has on site parking (25 pounds/night) which allows for driving tours outside of London (I took advantage of this to travel to Bath,Cotswolds,Warwick, Windsor) Traffic in Paddington isnt so bad as downtown it seems so driving there from Heathrow isnt horrible It suited my needs well as I was really just looking for a convenient place to sleep at night in a good location that facilitated my sight seeing travels. I didnt intend on spending too much time there.

"Lovely hotel in excellent location"
Enjoyed our stay at The Nadler Kensington. The staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. We had a superior room for 3 adults - there wasn't loads of space but it did the job nicely. We also had an outdoor "garden" space with a table and chairs which was excellent for eating breakfast. For us, the best thing about the hotel was location - about a minutes walk from Earl's Court underground. Really close to loads of restaurants and bars, yet on a quiet street. We slept with the windows open one night and weren't disturbed by outside noise at all.

"Bit out of the way but worth it."
Had a lovely weekend stay with husband and two teenage children. Booked two rooms and hotel staff did their best to get rooms near each other. Rooms were lovely and big, big surprise for London, stayed in tiny rooms in the past. The bed was large and very comfy. Nice and quiet room. Lovely choice of breakfast in the morning. We didn't eat an evening meal there but did have a nice drink in the bar. Walking distance to Houses of Parliament and London eye, lovely walk along the river. About 5/10 mins from there and Vauxhall tube station.
