Lovely hotel the staff were. Polite and very professional great location
The hotel is superbly located so makes getting around London a lot easier. We received an upgrade to our room which was fantastic and gave us a lovely view of London Eye. Rooms are clean and modern. Plus the beds are very comfortable! The facilities are great - we especially enjoyed the gym.
Great location, but rooms and hotel require some updating.
The condo was in a perfect location. Short walk to bikes to get around the city, bus stops were right outside, London eye, Big Ben, Piccadilly Circus, wonderful restaurants. Everyone that worked at the front desk were very helpful in many ways. Very happy with our choice. 😁
