I had issues with this hotel before I arrived. I asked if they did hotel transfers from the airport and I was told they didn’t, but can organise it. I never heard back from them, so I emailed and then was told I had to send an email to a different address. I then received an email on the plane on the way there from Australia saying they don’t offer this service and have to organise my own. I had to ring reception to ask for coffee upon arrival. I called to ask for room service after a 24hr flight, only for them to tell me they aren’t doing it that night and I had to go down to the restaurant. Location of the hotel was the best thing about this hotel. The room didn’t look like the photos advertised on the website. There was also no door on the bathroom, which is the first I’ve ever seen. The toilet faced straight to the bed, so lucky I was staying alone, or that would have been weird and awkward. The halls are very outdated compared to the lobby of the hotel. I was quite shocked when I got out of the lift, to be honest.
