The location can’t be beat! Definitely go for the upgrade for the bridge view- the view was incredible! Concierge was amazing and always gave the best tips!

Extremely disappointing. Worn…dirty carpet in room…furniture scuffed & tattered. No amenities to speak of. Way too small fitness center (converted hotel room with only a few machines…I was 4th person there, had to leave it was so crowded). Other than a good view of Tower Bridge & next to Tower of London, little value for the price. Neither my wife or I recommend this hotel or will stay there again.

Bridge view is brilliant from room. Restaurant was good, handy. Room was ok but mouldy silicone around bath and sink, looks a bit tired. No fridge in the rooms, I somehow thought that was standard 4 star furnishings but apparently not. The view is everything here, and I've no regrets but the condition of the room is below expectations for price. Total side story (which I hope their boss reads), in the breakfast restaurant a young waiter was publicly amd loudly dismissed from his job. Really unprofessional conduct from the manager and not a pleasant sight for guests to witness. Everyone has off days but that's not how we fire people in 4 star hotels is it?

I would stay here again as a great location and and at great hotel, however for the money I pay I’d expect any breakages to be repaired. Our toilet roll holder was hanging of the wall as was the headboard light which didn’t work. These are little things but for a 4star hotel not good enough.
