Easy check in. Spacious room overlooking London skyline on 9th floor. Tv blacked outon a number of occasions for a few seconds. Breakfast very chaotic. Some staff not helpful. Had to keep asking for coffee, had to ask for napkins, cutlery. Had to make sure one person on table as staff giving tables to other people. Had to kake side someone stayed
