During my visit it was raining and the District Line was down. The staff members were very helpful with luggage and questions. Breakfast, particularly the omelette station, is always a highlight. And it is across the street from the Victoria Albert Museum which is a national gem.

My wife and I stayed at the Rembrandt for 11 nights while visiting London and vicinity. Our room was large, spotless and nicely updated. The room faced the street but was exceptionally quiet. Bed was very comfortable. English breakfast provided enough options to satisfy. We found the staff to be professional, friendly and helpful. Very close to museums, a variety of restaurants and an easy walk to the tube. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Rembrandt. We had a room upgraded when we arrived and we had a quiet room to the back of the hotel, which was also nice. I wish they had provided a new bottle of water each day. The breakfast was excellent and the staff in the dining room were very helpful.

Great amount of space for a family to be traveling and staying in. Staff is very friendly and accomodating. Room was well kept, linens were changed (did NOT have any bed bugs or lice). Breakfast is good with many options to choose from. Elevator worked well. The hallways and floors were quiet which was great as well.

This is my second time staying at the Rembrandt. The hotel’s location is great. It’s near the Kensington museums and restaurants and the Underground is a 7-10 minute walk. The decor is pleasing, it’s very clean, and the staff are really nice and helpful. The bar is a nice place to relax and the food is good.

The pictures of the property online are very deceptive. I was extremely disappointed when I arrived at the hotel. Property is dated, staff is exceptional, very helpful and welcoming. Rooms are small, there was a tub to climb into. I will not be staying there again.

I always like to return to The Rembrandt on my trips to London. The location is very central with great tube and bus lines close by. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff is very welcoming and helpful.
