The room was a little bit too small. Everything else was perfect.
Fantastic location. I liked that many of the old architectural details were preserved and incorporated into a clean and comfortable and modern hotel.
The room was beautifully decorated, and the bath was modern (but poorly ventilated). I was disappointed that there was only instant coffee in the room and no remedy for that when I asked at the front desk. The small restaurant downstairs was convenient and breakfast was fine.
Great location; friendly and helpful staff; room was too small.
An excellent hotel, very accessible and extremely clean.
Very nice place clean and comfortable room and the staff was very nice
Our stay was very pleasant. Staff was always helpful. We had problems with the mini-fridge and the TV remote. Both were resolved quickly. The room was very attractive, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed quiet rest in a busy city thanks to the Crowne Plaza.
We were very happy with the Kensington hotel. The staff was helpful and very friendly. The room was clean and fresh. The location was terrific. Near the metro, many wonderful small restaurants. And of course near the Victorian Albert Museum and Hyde park.
Comfy, but may not be friendly for PWD. Tight room..but kind of signature for Millenium. Was at Millenium NYC. Similar concept.
