Rooms need urgent refurbishment as they are poor. Carpets with multiple stains. No WiFi whilst we stayed. No working tv. No water or glass to use taps. No tea/coffee facilities. Music until 12 midnight. Could be amazing as location is perfect for Olympia. Even though on the website they said we're open from 12 midday to 12 midnight. Tried to contact property but nothing then looked on website and said no accommodation available for your dates. By this time we only had just over 3 hours to get ready and be Royal Albert Hall for Remembrance show, so we managed to get another hotel just in time. However, later on we saw the property open when we were going out. So tried to explain our dilemma and was basically told unlucky, should have waited.
