The staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with anything needed. My room was spacious, comfortable, and had all the amenities for a relaxing stay. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was calm and enjoyable, and the facilities were excellent. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure stays. Where do I begin. Firstly, the room was filthy. I had to ask for the pillows to changes as the pillow cases was smelly. On one day, no one came to clean it at all. On another occasion, I was working from the room when the housekeeper arrived, and what I witnessed was completely unacceptable. She used the hand towel to wipe down the shower, then the toilet, then the sink where my skincare products had been placed, and then used that same towel to wipe the floor. She then placed the pillows on the floor while making the bed. It was absolutely vile and deeply unhygienic. In addition, we were charged £24 per night for parking, yet there were no available spaces, which made the charge feel unjustified and unreasonable.
