"Good location. Friendly, helpful staff. Business centre was lacking a printer. If you needed to print something you had to email it to the front desk for them to print for you. "Close to Airport with a free bus service from Terminal 5 to Hotel. very comfortable rooms. My bathroom had a cracked sink which for one night was not really an issue for me.
