What a gem of a hotel! The decor of the Hotel Riu Plaza London is sleek and elegant yet still somehow feels warm and welcoming. Room was spacious and immaculate as was the lobby. Six elevators meant no waiting. The breakfast buffet was the best I’ve had in all of my trips to Europe with a vast selection and constant replenishments. The front desk staff were courteous, helpful and efficient. And finally this hotel is only a5 minute walk to Victoria Station for the train, underground and buses. I will definitely stay here again when I return to London!

Easy to get to. Clean and quiet. Draw back is the glass doors and walls of the toilet. Not well thought out. Rooms are small, so there isn’t much privacy. Some things should be left to the imagination. Bonus that they store luggage for free for the day after check out.

Be prepared to pay too much for everything, lol! Still, it's a London institution, and a feast for the eyes. Grab a cappuccino and almond croissant at the coffee bar and indulge in the atmosphere and people-watching experience.
