    "We were given a smelly basement room. Our view was an actual hallway traversed by other visitors. Would shocking be the word for that? No “front desk” so no front desk contact people. My advice which I will take moving forward: Stay in a proper hotel!"

    "The hotel was located beside Victoria station and underground so commuting around the city was easy. The room was very clean and quiet with a fabulous view across the city. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and the staff were very helpful. We would definitely stay at the Riu again."

    "Dao Dorsett in Hornsey Town Hall is a beautiful hotel with beautiful rooms and very helpful staff. The decor is mainly Art Deco loyal to the history of Hornsey Town Hall with modern touches and quality flooring, bathrooms and furniture. The rooms though can benefit from offering guests toiletries, slippers, some biscuits and more water. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. Thank you."

    "Our flight was late and we checked10:00 pm, so might be much better if earlier. Check in guy was dismissive, not helpful, just said kitchen was closed and bar was closing. We stayed 3 nights and only found out this morning that a light breakfast was included, and were shown around the hotel by a much nicer employee. The neighborhood is dead after dark but we enjoyed the area. Our room was tiny, lights burned out, safe didn’t work and noisy with window open (which you must as there is no air). We..."
