Must recommend this hotel. Very clean and friendly staff. Great location!! Overall really good experience.
The staff is amazing! They took very good care of us and made us feel like family.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. We didn’t like the room cause it’s small. There’s barely any room in the bathroom to move around. The bed should be queen size but we don’t think it was.
Lovely clean hotel, very close to Victoria train and coach station in a very nice quiet area. Plenty of little shops about for supplies. Was given a free upgrade to a double room after booking a single. Was walked to the annex part of the hotel where I was staying and guided to my room. All staff ...
This will be my go to hotel when I’m in London! Beautiful and classy hotel. The staff was truly pleasant. When busy or late at night, it was difficult to get room service and housekeeping. Put in a request and the request was never fulfilled.
Everything a tourist needs At an ideal central location . Top marks all round
