Very much enjoyed our stay at The Drey, we will be back! Staff were very friendly and accommodating, a credit to the hotel, thanking them again for their hospitality. The room was exactly as described, has the basics you need, well maintained and impeccably clean.

The Drey was a nice clean hotel with comfortable beds. The rooms are very small. The hotel was two minutes from the metro for convenience in a nice area. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. We had a great stay in London.

This is a beautiful hotel, helpful people, clean, and in an excellent location for visiting London. We stayed in the snug, which is appropriately named as there is no place to open your suitcase. You literally walk in and you have a bathroom to the right and pretty much about a few steps and your at the bed. Ido not recommended this particular room. I do recommend the hotel.

It was attractively modern and clean and in a great location. The front desk help was great. The air conditioning was very good too. However, the room should have had a least one chair and a small or a fold-down table, a phone to call the front desk, instructions for the safe, and an additional outlet.

Nice location, walking distance to Earl's court tube station and many places to eat. It took approx 25 mins by tube to go to Oxford street or any main touristy places. Area is calm and peaceful. Beds were comfortable, property had lift, water/Ice dispenser, air conditioning etc. The staff was incredible. We enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable bed and cozy comforter. The shower water pressure is strong and excellent. Hair dryer is a goof quality. Very clean space throughout. There is filtered water area for guests to refill their water bottle. The receptionists were helpful and welcoming.

The property was as advertised and very clean and up market. The layout and registration was focused on efficiency which I can appreciate for the most part, but I am glad I received a discounted rate. Full price is similar to more traditional hotels with full time reception and sink in the bathroom instead of next to the bed and doesn’t require crawling over the bed to get to the side next to the wall. But the discounted rate made our stay in London incredibly affordable and we could put the saved money into dinners out and other activities. Thank you!
