Cozy rooms, friendly staff, secure location. Pretty accessible and affordable for a short stay. Would recommend for travelers on a budget who need a smaller comfortable place to stay! Very convenient location near Paddington station, you can get anywhere in town.

The only real complaint I have is the rooms are VERY small. The location is great, right by Paddington station so easy access to the tube and the train. Everything was very clean, the people at the desk were very nice.

I loved this place! It has style and character. It is renovated very well with excellent colors and theme. I stayed in the two twin bed room with a friend, it was cozy and perfect for what we needed. Loved the coffee station on the second floor. I want to stay again.

Very clean nice little place. I stayed in the solo travellers accommodations on the top floor and found it just enough to be comfortable for my 5 night stay. The shared bathroom was no big deal and I found I barely ran in to the other guests despite the whole place being booked

Comfortable stay. We expected the rooms to be small, as is the London hotel standard, but the bathroom was extra small - about the size of travel trailer bathroom. Otherwise, a good location for access to the trains, but it is noisy at night, and you'll want to keep the window open because it's hot in the room.

Our stay at St.Davids was fantastic! Great location, about a 5 min walk from Paddington Underground station. Near by food shops and restaurants. When we arrived we realized they were under renovations, but it did not ruin our trip at all! Despite the renos, the hotel was very clean and quiet. During the day and late into the evening you can slightly hear the underground trains underneath you, but being from a busy city, it didn’t bother us. The room was very nice, but small. We only travelled with carry-ons and found it a little difficult to store our clothes and bags somewhere without them being in the way. Overall, we had a great stay and would book this hotel again!

This hotel was perfect AND a great value! Close to Hyde Park and train! Great restaurants and pubs in walking distance! You can easily walk to Kensington too! The rooms are simple but perfect for the value. I also want to compliment the front desk person, Elizabeth who was so kind and helpful! She went above and beyond and made me feel as if I was staying at her home! Thank you Elizabeth! I will return because of you!

Rlly cute place and in a great location. Super nice if youre solo travelling (i got a single room it was perfect for my needs), or with someone! I had a friend join later and we were able to upgrade to a double room. Staff were very friendly. Very clean place as well! 10/10 recommend!

Basic, but clean, comfortable and recently redone rooms, No lift, so be prepared to climb some stairs and carry your bag to the summit. (This is true of all the hotels in the area that were built back in the day.) The staff is friendly, helpful and gave us great restaurant recommendations nearby. The price is reasonable and the location is *fantastic*! You are steps from Paddington, there are plenty of decent restaurants and pubs nearby and you are only a short walk from Kennsington Gardens and Hyde Park. Other touristy attractions like the British Museum, Big Ben, War Rooms, etc are close enough to walk to. Highly recommend,
