"I loved that we got upgraded with a decent view and balcony. We were a couple needing one bed and got 3 instead. 1 in the suite and 2 in the main room. Felt strange at first but then turned out to be amazing. The kitchen was really dated and the kitchen utensils were like using kids toys. The biggest ..."

The biggest pet peeve was the dish soap. It had been watered down. Why? No ice machine? That's fine, but with 3 beds in Vancouver DT you should offer 6 to 8 trays of ice already frozen. I shouldn't have to find a store to buy some. Lastly. Don't cheap out on the bath towels. Lets be honest, the statistics in the world about body size is that most are over weight. So it would take 3 towels to do the job. I am a tiny fit woman and I even found it small. Not plush at all. Loved your blow dryer. Best I've ever used. Maybe offer items you can purchace like a hair brush. Tooth brush and paste. Floss. Also your vending machine needs variety. Like SPRITE. Or Club Soda. Maybe Tonic. "

"Chia greeted us even though her time was done. She gave us directions on how to fill out breakfast form and even walked in our direction to show us the seafood restaurant she recommended. We love Victorian b&bs! They even let us have access to a part of the kitchen where we could pick out a treat while making our evening tea. Beautiful deck patio and porch to relax on!"
"I liked that there was the kitchen option so we were able to dine int. The $10 credit to Beyond Coffee and C Prime for foregoing daily housekeeping was a great reward. We would have done without anyway, but it's a great incentive. And having both the café and restaurant (quality restaurant) on site is very convenient. Staff was very helpful and friendly."

"We really enjoyed our recent stay at the West End Guest House. Super convenient location with free parking that is big bonus in downtown Vancouver. The room is very clean and cozy. The host and chef are very nice and helpful. The special afternoon treats are very nice touch, plus unlimited coffee, tea or soft drinks. Above all, the breakfast is amazing."
