Fantastic location. Unique rooms. There were only 8 - 10 parking spots, so one could easily not get one (maybe call ahead?). Overall charming, but the front desk lady was not very polite. There were renos/loud work going on inside the hotel during our stay, but good sound proofing in rooms.
The stay at EXchange Hotel Vancouver was excellent! The only thing is that my room had a thermostat issue. It was stuck at a certain range and would not go up. I spoke to front desk and they said that they have to adjust the temperature on their end. They made the adjustments and I still felt cold. ...
I like the location of the hotel in relation to the airport train. I liked having two baggage racks in he room. The on-off switches for the lights in the room were hard to use.
Great location, excellent service, very nice room.
The staff at this hotel were all excellent which made our stay very special
The hotel was very clean, with helpful staff, and great restaurants.
it was great area to be able to walk and catch the train and buses
We were given the room key but the room had not been cleaned after previous guests. It was game day and the front desk check in was pretty swamped. Check out was a breeze
Loved the proximity to our final destination of the Roxy Cabaret on Granville Street. The staff were SO accommodating to us...they were the best hosts ever!!
