"Location was good , lots of restaurants within walking distance. Property was clean, large suite. Shower was a big problem. Water could not be regulated, either scalding or freezing cold, despite all efforts. Toilet ran most of the time. Towels were old and not soft at all. "

"The sink in the washroom is so small water goes everywhere when you try to wash ur face. Gym closed at 4pm on Saturdays is not ideal."

Look bored. Rude attitude towards people who are paying alot to feel at home away from home Staff look like they hate their job and won't lift a finger to do their job. They Don't have anyone helping you with bags in and out the door that has two steps. The door doesn't have an automatic open either. It's a very small elevator. "

"The positive is that the beds were comfortable. The staff was overall decent and nice. Breakfast was not very good ,the condition the property was a complete. It has structural issues. The floor was sloping and the walkway was sloping. While the room was decently clean the furniture and overall condition of the room was very worn. It took a very long time for water to get hot. It is not a hotel. It is a motel. I imagine that the folks that raided at a four or whatever have very different standards than myself."
